Return Timeframe

- 24+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund
- Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be provided
- Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel a consultation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation session with at least 12 hours notice without penalty. We will work with you to find a convenient alternative time.
Service Modifications
If we need to modify or cancel a scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with as much advance notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
Refund Procedure
Once your return or refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method
- Refunds for bank transfers may take additional time to appear in your account
